Amadi Panorama Hotel

Very clean, nice rooms with excellent views outside. Easy to access from the central Amsterdam with the tram. Free refreshments in the fridge.

The location and access to public transport nearby is useful. There is access to grocery store nearby in a relatively quiet neighborhood area with a very nice view. The free minibar is a lovely touch and was much appreciated after a long flight. Affordable pricing options for rooms made this hotel an easy choice for us, among the other overpriced hotel options available online. The breakfast is pretty good, is unlimited, is full of variety, and is probably well worth the price we paid for it. Staff was typically very helpful and friendly to us throughout our visit.

We liked that they provided a cot for our 4 month old, the free tea, coffee and fruit in the mornings and the view of the waters. It’s on the 8th floor and the lift service is pretty quick. The location is 30 mins from Central Amsterdam eg Dam Square. Theres a Bagel and Beams and 2 supermarkets within walking distance (stones throw) which was very useful throughout our trip. The room was cleaned well and they provided lots of towels. Gave us an ironing board pretty quickly when asked. The drinks in the fridge on the first day were complimentary which was nice. The curtains were black out which were great as the windows are huge and we thought light would pop in but it didn’t. Overall, an enjoyable stay!

The hotel is approx 15/20 mins from the city Ctr by tram which was not an issue for us the tram runs every 10 minutes or even less from across the road. There are a few shops close to the hotel including a supermarket a coffee shop and sandwich shop we made use of them all. The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. The main entrance was down a side street, the reception was on the 8th floor and although there were signs up it was a little like a maze for me to find my way in & around the hotel. There is building works to the side of the hotel we were on so although the view was nice across the water we had a crane & workmen outside our window from the morning which I don’t believe we were told beforehand. All in all we were satisfied and I had even left some clothes in the wardrobe which the staff located and I had returned.
